Guest speaker, Guus Wellesen of Arctic Skeletons, is a staff engineer at the medical faculty at the NTNU in Trondheim, Norway, responsible for the anatomical collection consisting of both human and zoological specimens. With extensive experience from working for different museums and collections, Guus is an award winning skeletal articulator, winning World Taxidermy Championships (2011 & 2024) and is professionally trained in techniques of plastination, corrosion casting, and diaphonization.
