For as long as I can remember, I've loved taking little souvenirs whenever I visit a new place - whether exploring another country or goofing around on a local hiking trail, I'm always snatching up stones, bones, sea glass and feathers...these mementos have been an important part of my aesthetic, as well as a formative part of the physical component of my memory and recollection.

With this in mind, I've been making little 'still lifes' in glass containers, decorative but meaningful objects that neatly hold treasures which can be added to as more finds and signposts present themselves.
