Y'all, we LOVE October. Halloween is our favorite holiday and we are chomping at the bit to celebrate this wonderful month. As per usual, we will be staying open late during First Friday Art Walk and we are super happy to be showcasing the taxidermy art of Flawed Fox Creations for the month of October!
Elizabeth of Flawed Fox Creations is from Lawrence KS. Her work is influenced by Victorian, Georgian, and Edwardian era's, British monarchy, and her mother's taste in decorating. Being raised in a home built in the 1880's was a huge inspiration for most of her aesthetic. She been hand sewing and using a bead loom for twenty years. As a little girl, she always loved playing with dead things. Now she gets to adorn them in a way that honors their beauty after death.
