- Three of Swords - A card of sorrow and grief, but a signal for the healing process to begin. This card is one of those that tends to bum people out when they see it because it represents pain that is known. I recently read something interesting about the negative side of positive thinking, that we tend to blame ourselves when something bad happens to us, for not thinking positively enough and somehow 'allowing' this awful thing to transpire. Fact is, shitty things happen. It is part of the human to experience to know pain and the lesson for us here is to acknowledge it and then heal from it. To develop coping skills and to move forward. (Because the swords also represent an intellectual or mental issue, this card turns up to remind us that an immature intellect sees no difference between knowing and believing. WORD.)
- Page of Cups - This is a card of childlike innocence, the emotional world is both tempting and terrifying for The Page of Cups. You don't want to be uninformed (or afraid of emotional experiences) like the Page, but I believe there are positive aspects of this card which we can embrace, such as a desire to help those in need. Don't hold back for fear of being hurt - remember that Three of Swords which came before this card, if you have known pain then you also know that you can heal from that pain.
Also, read up. Check your information sources. Check them again. Help out when you can.
- Four of Wands - Jeez Tarot, finally something fucking nice! Desire becomes reality in this card. Creativity and stability are in union with the The Four of Wands, this is a card of completion and fulfillment. You are doing your thing and you can feed yourself by doing it. When I say 'feed', I mean it in the broad sense as well - you don't just have material stability, but rather your soul is enriched and satiated by embracing your creativity and putting it to work. Pretty cool.
All right, let's do this thing - have an excellent week Y'all!
